In 2026, National Rural Health Day (NRHD) celebrates 15 years of honoring the Power of Rural! Founded in 2011 by the National Organization of State Offices of Rural Health (NOSORH), NRHD is a nationwide celebration of the people, places, and organizations that power rural health.
Join NOSORH and rural communities across the country as we recognize the dedication, innovation, and collaboration making a difference in rural America.
Celebrate throughout the day by sharing your rural story, recognizing local rural health champions, exploring NRHD events and resources, and joining the conversation using #PowerOfRural and #NationalRuralHealthDay.
